When the system is complex,
execution has to be exact.

  • Hot and cold systems, steam, hot oil, heaters and tanks.

    Insulation of piping and equipment on hot and cold systems: steam, HVAC, hot oil, turbines, tanks and gas ducts. Material selection follows the actual temperature range and site conditions — rock wool, glass wool, calcium silicate, wool mattresses and sprayed polyurethane.

  • Aluminium and galvanised jacketing, 45° and 90° elbows, half-elbows and insulated segments.

    Jacketing is executed in all sheet-metal types, alongside plastic films and gauze wrap with silfas coating. Elbows, half-elbows and segments are cut and formed at our own production facility to measurements taken on site — so installation in the field is assembly, not adjustment.

  • For valves, flanges, expansion joints and turbines — measured on site, sewn to fit.

    Removable jackets for hot components that have to come off at every maintenance stop, instead of breaking and rebuilding rigid insulation each time. Each jacket is measured on the component itself, sewn in-house, and returns to its place after every shutdown.

  • Around live equipment, during planned shutdowns and plant holidays.

    Work inside operating plants, within time windows fixed months in advance. Stripping existing insulation, adapting to system changes and reinstalling — with crews that know the site, the equipment and its safety procedures.

  • Penetration sealing, cable protection and coatings to standard.

    Sealing of penetrations between rooms and levels, cable protection and sprayed coatings. Protection materials are imported and installed in accordance with standard.

  • Noise reduction for systems, spaces and ceilings.

    Noise reduction for systems, machinery and technical spaces: acoustic insulation for piping and noisy equipment, insulated enclosures and sound-absorbing ceilings.

  • Industrial metal fabrication, supporting steelwork and cladding.

    Fabrication and installation of cable trays, supporting steelwork and industrial metalwork, alongside roofing and cladding in profiled steel and plastic sheet, and polyurethane-insulated walls and roofs.
